Just hours after running for over five hours to complete the New York marathon, actress Katie Holmes donned a pair of high heels to attend her husband's movie premiere.
Holmes, wearing a pants suit and black, open toed heels, joined Tom Cruise at New York's Museum of Modern Art for a screening of his new film Lions for Lambs.
