There's a chic beauty trend going on and it has pouts around the world looking all kinds of stunning and rich. While we still adore our soft nudes and pastel pinks, there is just something about a sultry red lip that has the power to instantly pull your look together.

Simple Steps To Achieve The Perfect Red Pout:

1. Prep and prime your lips with your favorite moisturizer. I adore Jack Black (Yes, the men's brand), it has become my instant quick fix when I am battling the sun and dry air in Nevada.
2.  Think of lip liner as your lipstick "BFF" . Sure you can rock it solo but isn't everything better with friends? Use light strokes as you define your actual lip line. You can even smudge a bit in the center for stying power with your actual lipstick.
3.  Conceal! Use your concealer brush and just dab a bit on your lips as you prepare your canvass. A makeup artist even showed me a trick where you can apply concealer above and below your lip line for a finished look.
4.  Apply using your lip brush. It gives you better control when slathering on your color. Begin in the corners and work your ways inward.

Lastly, take a rolled kleenex tissue and swish through your lips once to ensure there aren't any traces left on your pearly whites.
