In The Chic Life: What I'm Watching, Loving and Leaning Into These Days....

I'm all about the giggles & witty banter and Abbott Elementary delivers in a BIG way. Introduced to the show by my "Boo Thang" a few weeks ago and let's just say it's becoming my new television escapism.

Set in Philly with true authenticity to the city of brotherly love. The cast - all kinds of amazing (Ahem, Queen Sheryl Lee Ralph Kills It).

The comedic timing & the writing truly brings the show all together. 

Kudos to creator & lead actress Quinta Brunson for doing the darn thing on network television.

And for what I'm Loving.....

The red pout has returned and MAC Ruby Woo STILL has my heart in every magical beauty way.  I've tried other red's and deep crimson hues, yet find my way back to the "Woo" everytime. I adore the texture, the way it glides on my lips and how it stays put for 5+ hours. 

Leaning Into.....

Fabulous skin for the win! 

I will always credit my beauty blogger experience when it comes to my skincare regimen. 

Blog life affords me the opportunity to try some of the BEST products on the market. From attending previews, editorial samples and swanky events, ya' girl stays BLESSED in the beauty department.

And while staying away from carbonated drinks, the sun and never sleeping in my makeup helps...

These days my beauty Bff's Mario Badescu, Ole Henriksen and Strivectin are makng the rounds in my beauty bag. 

In a few weeks I'll be ushering in my 45th chapter in this fabulous book of life. Each morning I find myself frantically checking for wrinkles, any signs of aging and cringing at those ever present frown lines. 

If you're a fab reader of Tres Chic Style, you're probably aware of my Botox journey. Still on the search for the perfect injector and indulging in a few fab serums, masks & moisturizers in the meantime.

And the current product faves are....

•Mario Badescu Cucumber Tonic Mask - Using this 2 times a week and absolutely in LOVE with the results. Minimizes my pores and leaves my skin soft like butta'. 

•Strivectin Tigtening Serum - It ain't botox tight but it's a pretty fab alternative if you need a lil' lift in the forehead region. 

•Ole Henriksen Counter Balance Oil Control Hydrator - Ole and his products have always been like magic to my skin. The hydrator is my new go-to moisturizer and eliminates that mid-day shine.
